At Hauland Lifestyle, we aim to make receiving your order as straightforward as possible. Shipping options, costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the products ordered, your location and the size of the shipment.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order, delivery location and the type of products being shipped.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Some larger or bulky products, including BBQs, outdoor cooking equipment and associated products, may require specialised freight or delivery arrangements.

Processing Times

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible during normal business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order size and the delivery method required.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the freight or courier provider being used.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control. Rural locations and larger freight deliveries may take longer than standard courier deliveries.

During busy periods, public holidays or unforeseen transport disruptions, additional delivery time may be required.

Large and Bulky Items

Some products, particularly BBQs, outdoor cooking products, cabinetry and other large items, may require delivery by a specialist freight provider rather than a standard courier.

Delivery arrangements and timeframes may vary depending on the size of the product and your location.

For some large deliveries, the freight provider may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive large or bulky deliveries where required.

Pick-Up

Pick-up is available from our Auckland warehouse.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving to collect it.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before collection so we can confirm when it will be ready.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For larger freight items, tracking may work differently from standard courier deliveries. Where applicable, we will provide delivery or freight information once your order has been arranged.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or freight networks, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

If you believe your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in following it up.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hauland.co.nz.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the packaging and provide photographs of the product and packaging where possible. This will help us investigate the issue with the courier or freight provider and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@hauland.co.nz.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional freight charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or redelivered because incorrect delivery information was provided.
