Description
The flaming hot, two day lineup includes competitions such as the ‘Barbecue and Butcher Wars’, as well as demonstrations and workshops. The event is garnished with a backdrop of live bands, BBQ inspired food trucks and craft beer from Liberty Brewing. Food vendors include Dixie Barbecue, Morepork BBQ, Black Stag Deli, Southern Meat Kitchen, Big Smoke BBQ Co, Wild Oven + many more.
Meatstock will be hosting two of the meatiest names in barbecue and it doesn’t get much bigger than Tuffy Stone and Hillbilly Wes. These two smokin’ Pitmasters will be heading to New Zealand with the festival to run barbecue classes and demonstrations for both competitors and the public.
